Each set includes 12 cards, each with 12 problems-144 problems in all. After recognizing and using commutative properties, children learn to add by regrouping. Concepts included in the set are: adding without regrouping, checking addition by subtracting, changing pennies to dimes, changing 1's to 10;s, adding with regrouping, adding with money, regrouping in the 10;s and 100's column, and practicing regrouping.
