Once your order is complete (submitted, paid for, and any questions resolved), we ship it within few business days. Orders received Friday and Saturday will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. In most cases you should receive your order within 5-10 days of purchase. Deliveries to some locations may take longer, and delivery time is dependent on shipping method.
Exception: Occasionally, if one or more of the items ordered are temporarily backordered, and we are expecting to receive that item within a few days, we may delay shipping the order until it is complete. Otherwise we contact customer offering partial shipment, waiting for order to arrive later or canceling it altogether and refunding money.
If you reject or refuse a shipment with or without out prior authorization, or if you are not present to accept receipt of shipment and it is returned, you will be responsible for any and all shipping charges that we incur. All returns must be in resalable condition and its original packaging.
Shipping charges are computed by the system, based on where order will be shipped . Upon check-out, BEFORE you confirm your order will indicate the shipping charge. The minimum Standard Shipping charge is $7.95.
We currently ship to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to APO and PO Box addresses.
Intagoal.com offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number, please fill return form and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Original shipping charges for non-defective items are not refundable. All return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer's responsibility.
